The entire staff was amazing. Katie (the PA) was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my mom, who was very scared after fracturing her wrist. She took the time to reassure her and made sure she received proper aftercare, including guidance on supplements (which she sent me links for), pain management, and appropriate physical therapy exercises. Everyone was so kind, especially Katie who I had a micro needling appointment with! Katie made sure I felt comfortable before, during, and after my treatment as it was my first time doing a micro needling treatment. As for the treatment itself, Katie did a great job and I’m very happy with my results!
Katie the PA, took such INCREDIBLE care of me. After a fall, I fractured and displaced my wrist and needed surgery with a bridge plate. It has been a long and difficult journey, but Katie and this practice have supported me every step of the way. She always made sure I was healing well and truly taken care of.
