The staff are excellent and really know about the products on display. They are thorough and relaxed as they help you explore your design ideas.
I'm giving em a 3 because of the pricing. For me, a fair price is determined by quality and value. Quality can be determined by one or more of the human senses fairly quick. I found myself gravitating towards everything in West elm because the place is on point visually. But upon further investigation I found the "wood" to be a bit suspect. Seems like it was the same stuff the really lite trim pieces you can get at the hardware are made of. That or the faux metal wood. Poor Shopping Experience We bought a large final-sale display item from West Elm at Bakery Square. It had minor scuffs, but we were told it was otherwise fine. After renting a truck and taking time off work, we arrived to pick it up, only to be told while loading that a piece was broken. When we expressed frustration, the only option offered was a refund which doesn't make up for our time, cost and the fact that we showed up in good faith to pick up an item that was misrepresented.
