Puchased a dining table on 4/18/15. As of today I only have the base. We haven't had a proper dinner in 3 months. This is embarrassing when we have guests. Just got a call today that the table top got lost in the shipping warehouse. I love west elm but this is ridiculous. If I had known this was going to happen I wouldn't have coordinated all our other pieces around the dining table.
I bought a bed 2 weeks ago and was told that your 3rd party delivery would call me to confirm a time for a Monday (tomorrow) delivery on Saturday. No one called me. I rang the store and was told that someone from the delivery would call me on Sunday. By lunchtime no one called me so I called the store again. The shipping manager said someone would call me in 30 minutes but again, no one called me.
