I had a really great experience with the sales representative in Millennia (John), but a really bad experience with the company logistics to get merchandise. I guess they have a few employees on their personal cell phones and not focused on their job. I don’t think I will buy again in West Elm or their sister companies.
Too sad the customer service is bad. I ordered over 5k last week at the store because the store manager did an excellent service. Otherwise we would have ordered online. Today we came to pickup some chairs, but the service provided by two of the girls was so low than I decided to cancel the 2 chairs and ordered online right on the parking spot.
