Too sad the customer service is bad. I ordered over 5k last week at the store because the store manager did an excellent service. Otherwise we would have ordered online. Today we came to pickup some chairs, but the service provided by two of the girls was so low than I decided to cancel the 2 chairs and ordered online right on the parking spot. The quality of the products & Modern designs are amazing.
Had to exchange for a furniture piece I purchase. Apparently it was the wrong item in the right box. What an inconvenience. SMH.
