Do not buy. Ordered a leathet banquet. Delivered damaged in 12 areas. The delivery company pointed out the damage. West elm said no refund as special order
Pushy salespeople. Couldn’t walk 10ft in the store without an associate being pushy with conversation. Must have told 4 different staff members 3+ times we were just browsing and would let them know if we needed help. They still kept disrupting our shopping experience. We promptly left without buying anything. I’ll stick to shopping online from here on out.
We absolutely LOVE west elm! Just wanted to shout out to the delivery drivers Manuel and Yaidel. They were on time, professional, and very respectful. Thank you again.
Although the furniture is cute, the delivery experience was incredibly frustrating. First, they canceled the delivery on the scheduled day without proper notice — I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. Then, when they finally delivered the bed, they forgot to give the white glove service team the screws and legs to build the bed. Very unprofessional overall. Definitely not worth the headache or the price tag. I wouldn’t recommend it.
