Beautiful store and products. Aaron Abrahams, one of the employees is to be commended for going above and beyond in store as well as following up when our furniture order was terribly delayed with no support from the delivery numbers to West Elm. He took additional steps to try and rectify the situation and followed up beyond what most employees would do. Buyers beware. This store does not take items for return even though the order did not say it was final sale. They will feed you something that you have to place an order from a computer and not from mobile to see that items were on sale.
