Horrible Customer Service Experience – Complete Disaster I purchased a couch and specifically confirmed that it was in stock before placing my order. I was given a delivery date 15 days later and planned accordingly. Easily the worst experience buying furniture I’ve ever had, the delayed every single date I waited almost a year for the beds, once they have your money you are done, they will never deliver the furniture if you are not constantly calling and even after several emails they still will not deliver, this is just a joke of a service and it’s not cheap at all, save your time and your money and go somewhere else

I’ve had such a great experience at the new West Elm in Wynwood. The store is beautiful, and they have so much on display, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to choose pieces for your home. I’ve actually found myself going back several times to look at different things I was considering! But what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is so nice and genuinely helpful. Had a great experience looking for couches at the store. Jim was so helpful! There were couches I liked that weren’t at the store and Jim pointed me to models with similar firmness/comfort to try. He also guided me through all the fabrics and I left with a ton of samples to test at home. I really appreciated all of his help and advice!
