I have been to this store twice. My today’s experience was bad in terms of requesting a gift wrap. The staff seemed a bit hostile, unfriendly and very defensive about accepting that the gift wrapping has gone down in quality and maintaining that’s what it always has been. My experience in the Westport, CT store has been way way nicer. The gift wrapping is now in non-logoed white boxes (looks like file storage in iron mountain) with west elm logoed low quality ribbon.
