horrible management - nasty
Just purchased sofa Saturday with 2 months lead time.Over weekend found one we liked much better from same company.Even offer to pay extra for exchange.Understand it was custom but is it already in production within two days with two months delivery time???? Customer service!!!! Are you for your customers?!?!?! Guess NOT. Rules,rules,rules….0 effort helping their own customers. Should change the name from customer service to OUR SERVICE.
