their customer service is crap
Just read below and their reviews at yelp. Why isn't corporate looking at this?
Explain to me why I've had a sectional Peggy couch sitting in my living room since December 29th that is TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. We waited three months for this couch. Not one, not two, but three separate managers at the store have completely dropped the ball. Every single time we call to try to get someone to fix this, we're told, "Someone will get back to you." It's been two weeks and no resolution! We've gone to the corporate office in San Francisco and again, "Someone will get back to you." FIX THIS NOW.
I purchased the Peggy Sofa and it isn't like the one in the store! It is wobbly, thin seat cushions, very light in weight so it feels cheap and not worth the money spent. I only had a for a month and for is already showing signs for wear and tear. This is an awful purchase that I'm stuck with? I feel they take advantage of the consumers, why can't I exchange or return?
I'd would much rather shop inside a port a potty.
Amazing customer service! The manager Rachel worked with me to resolve an issue and the entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. I can't recommend this location enough. Will definitely shop here again!
