Very professional and experienced staff and doctors, takes good care of me and one of the best eye examination I ever had. Gives good professional advice and I did not feel pressured into accepting anything, very professionally conduct examination and then selecting frame and lens.
Bought glasses from them. Were nice glasses but ended up paying for extra coverage. Went back a month or so later for an adjustment. They noticed a bit of damage in frame due to manufacturing. They told me they would replace it because it wasn’t my fault. Just found out they ended up using my warranty without notifying me. The damage wasn’t even noticeable so I wouldn’t have used it at all if I had known that. Just would have been nice to have that insight earlier!
