EDIT- Ive now had not one but TWO cats go missing (after never losing one in my life) since moving here. I dont know if my roommates are neglectful or if its maintenance staff as ive had to ask them to shut the front door during visits before but this is officially the worst place ive ever lived in my life. Honestly I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have lived at West Edge for roughly a year now after a bad roommate situation caused me and my other roommates to move from their sister complex, The Lodges. At first West Edge seemed way nicer but boy was I wrong. The hallways and garage are either littered with trash, smell like weed and dog pee, or both. The management and front desk people are super rude and give you the dirtiest looks when you go to get your packages (when it is literally their job to grab your package). Th... read more
Lived here for two years now and the same amenities that they promote primarily like their fitness center is mostly broken treadmills barely work and aren’t safe to be honest! But nothing continues to be done. There is never even a clean bathroom or toliet paper. This place is tan VERY poorly and I would really think about talking to management if you run this place. Thanks.
Very funny place like pathetic funny. Signed my lease not too long ago and all of a sudden not a student. I’m told to either rent out the entire place and find other people to occupy the vacant rooms in the 4 b/4bth apts bc they’re converting it to an all student housing. However when I signed the lease they mentioned nothing about this. Lived here when they opened up in 2017 and they were pretty shady then. Ridiculous!!
They set off the fire alarm for the entire building probably 3x a month, usually at 9 in the morning, the alarm is so loud my cat goes into hiding for HOURS and won’t come out. Also they advertise year round amenities such as a hot tub and heated pool yet make no effort to keep them open.
