Truly amazing.
As a former resident who just moved out this summer, I agree with every negative comment that has been added, as all of those things had also happened to me at west edge. Additionally, I’d say about 40% of the tenants aren’t actually college students and there have been some very sketchy characters walking around the complex and living in the apartments. I wish google could give less stars genuinely this place is a nightmare, probably the most unethical establishment i’ve ever been apart of. DO NOT LIVE HERE for the love of God. They lie about so much different stuff and made me pay more in rent than they promised and never said why. On top of that charging me a massive move out fee for all kind of BS reasons and not responding to any of my questions. The whole time everything is broken and nothing works. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do NOT live here. They charge INSANE prices but the apartments are supposed to be for COLLEGE students. For the insane prices the hallways were filthy. ALWAYS had dog dookie and piss in the hallways. People were stealing packages. They are price gouging. This was the WORST experience living in an apartment. The move out fees were absolutely ATROCIOUS. They charge you to clean a room that they should already be cleaning for the next guest. The poorest even working and it’s hot as hell!!!
