Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I lived there for 2 years. I took good care of my apartment and deeeeep cleaned before I left. Getting charged almost $800 dollars for “cleaning fees” the apartment looked BETTER than when I moved in. And they refuse to answer any questions about move out fees and choose to just send them to collections rather than communicating with the customer. Getting a simple thing fixed like a lightbulb? If I could give West Edge negative stars, I would. I lived there for a little over a year and my time there was absolutely awful. The management is TERRIBLE not only with residents, but with their own staff too. The general manager Ben or whatever is so slow at doing his job and kinda useless. He’ll say he’s going to take care of something and then takes forever, and when it finally does get done, it's another employee that I get an email from.
