Smooth Move‑in & Excellent Team at The HENDRIX I recently moved into The Hendrix Apartment Homes and overall I’m very impressed. From the start, the move‑in process was smooth — the leasing office made everything very clear ahead of time (key pick‑up, fees, what to expect), which really cut down on the stress. I’ve only had a good experience since i moved in. Kira took over my app because i applied with a different agent her and the manager Lita have been really good with communicating and making sure everything gets done. I came today to vote for the resident poll they sent out which is pretty cool . It’s an older property but the units are nice and maintenance does get work orders done pretty fast to me. I would definitely recommend.
Ms lita and ms kita have great customers service and most definitely or great and fast pace when it comes to getting the job done in the community and keeping things in a orderly fashion
I recommend caution if you want to live here. This apartment complex practices an "all or nothing" rental approach and will refuse to rent out to you if any member of your group application fails a credit check. Before you ask, yes, they will refuse to rent even if you make 4x to 5x the monthly rent just by yourself. No, they don't care if the person who fails the credit check is disabled and completely dependent upon you for life support.
