The only thing I would change was the front desk. It is too high and unwelcoming. It felt like I was approaching the judges bench in court.
Dr. Hoffaman, Cynthia and Annette are the best dental team I've ever had. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and make it an absolute pleasure coming in for dental appointments.
You have an online presence? My only suggestions reference your website. You cannot try to make an appointment without entering a work telephone number. Kind of silly, and negates older folks who are retired. I understand that if a patient does not pay, there must be avenues to consider, but c'mon now. And when one uses the "contact us" feature on your site to send an email saying we would like to start scheduling an appointment... crickets. Nada. No response. Annette was very thorough, courteous and efficient in completing my oral exam and cleaning. The receptionist was also very friendly, courteous and efficient in her job.
