Front desk Very disorganized and unreliable. Scheduling takes far too long, and they are almost never on time for appointments. During each visit, they only address one problem, even if you have multiple medical concerns. Patients are expected to wait another two months for a follow-up just to discuss the next issue, delaying necessary treatment and medications. It feels like the focus is more on making money than on providing proper patient care.
I needed to be see , and Dr. Levin was book, so I went with the PA who was marvelous, like Dr.Levin. Very caring , knowledgeable and I really appreciated her directness and help with some skin issues I have.Thanks for hiring such good Doctors.
My first visit and I was very pleased when completed The staff was wonderful and PA Kane was very professional and thorough Asked what my concerns were and addressed all of them Kara had some concerns so a biopsy and another appointment in 6 months I feel like I received the best care available
