My daughters referred me to West Dermatology after noticing a suspicious-looking mole on my arm. Little did I think it would turn out to be a melanoma, but there you have it. Once the shock of that grim diagnosis lessened, I found myself very favorably impressed by Dr. Riley and the entire staff. Everyone was pleasant, professional, informative and very willing to answer my questions. Highly recommend.
Dr. Riley is an outstanding dermatologist; her understanding, compassion coupled with her expertise provide a safe, nurturing treatment environment. The entire nursing staff are kind, professional and efficient. Truly the best dermatology office for expert, customized care.
Doctor was great!
The practitioner that I see is amazing, but it is really arduous and difficult to get an appointment. I’m okay with having to book out into the future, but just the ability to even get an appointment booked is unnecessarily complicated. Nobody answers when I call and the online booking system is not user friendly.
