Everyone is so nice. Very good with the animals. Waiting time was great.
Easy making appointment, friendly personnel. We were given all the details of the issue and explained our options and estimates.
No matter what time of day you go, no matter what day of the week it is, no matter how far in advance your appointment is, you will be waiting 30 to 45 minutes before you are seen no matter what. I've literally been to offices across the country and I've never seen one ran this poorly. Nice people, the Vets are okay, but just not a very good business in general. Our visit before this was of an urgent nature and we waited for hours before being seen.. so I can't be seen when time is critical, it takes upwards of an hour to be... read more
