The manager Heather has worked hard to keep the environment safe , especially for the children that lives there.
If I could rate 0 I would . We stayed 3 years at first it’s sweet but after that , nothing gets fixed no matter how many work orders you put in. And beware of the WITCH HEATHER That usually wears all black, just found out the other lady in there is her sister lol her mother works there too. They towed the only car we had at one point , paid 150 to have house doors replaced and never had them replaced and never got the money back . WARNING ⛔️ The property manager has no customer service skills at all! She’s rude, VERY disrespectful, and a lying narcissist! she took my deposit in February meanwhile we are in April she gave me the run around for over a month (LYING AS SHE DOES BEST) blaming her CORPORATE OFFICE for everything, I called multiple times and she wouldn’t answer or return any of my calls I even emailed her trying to get an answer on when I would be able to move. I’ve been trying to get a refund since I first gave my money to supposedly reserve a house .I’ve been calling and emailing them since January for my money back .They answers the phone or in office rarely .It’s frustrating because my family and I was in a crisis and still hadn’t received my funds back from them .
Manager is Never there and when she is Heather is rude, stuck up and very unprofessional!Nothing gets fixed ever. My bestie paid full rent almost 2 years and whole left side of kitchen plugs never worked. yea sounds good "all appliances included " but they dont work. Mold all inside the attics. this place is a nightmare!! Local crime don't help neither. RUN
