10% rent increase with 1 month notice... Edit: the following year(2023) it turned into a 20% increase in rent. Edit #2: 2024 one month notice on a $151 rent increase. How can you guys justify doubling rent in 6 years when the apartments still look the same? Slapping paint, patching a leaky roof and hiring a paving company to do a horrible surface job does not constitute a $900 dollar increase. Greed plain and simple.

We have applied to the wait list for these homes multiple times over a 2 decade time period. Never one time have we been contacted about the status of the app or the waitlist (our contact info has not changed the entire time). Every time I have checked on the status there was no "record" of the application and asked to reapply. I've currently been trying to reapply again, however my attempts to contact management have not been responded to.
