Called asking for price and availability on parts man that answers phone and says they have parts but don’t give prices on parts and says we are not as cheap as the internet! What a stupid way to do business. I am not driving to pick up parts if I don’t know what you’re going to charge me. Other marina has same parts in stock and gives me list price and going to pick up. If you can’t give me a price on parts that means your selling over list price and want people to pay what you what ever you tell them. Sorry that’s the way ... read more
Matt and Holly are wonderful people. Matt always under promises and over delivers. He takes great care of his customers. Extremely knowledgeable of Mercury Outboards. On more than one occasion his diagnosis from describing the issue was spot on, and confirmed by computer diagnosis.

Purchased a boat from West Creek Outboard recently and was impressed with how organized this shop is, how knowlegable the employees are, and how they take a lot of attention to detail. On top of that, they are friendly and care about the customers. I dont think you get this at the big shops. Next time you are considering buying a Mercury outboard, mercruiser parts or need repairs or service, go talk to Matt. Great mom and pop shop!
