My husband went for his eye! Nice people work there but then we got a very hefty bill in the mail. We will never go back!
Went in because I was having chest pains! Was taken in immediately and the staff was so caring and friendly. They are affiliated with Henrico doctors hospital and I've been there before . They were both wonderful!!!! I relocated from NY one year ago and back there you sit in emergency for hours. West creek is my go to place from now on!
I came in yesterday because I couldn't stand up Straight. 3 shots later I'm was semi standing straight. Thank U for kindness & understanding of the pain I was in.
Was just treated last night for a head injury and had the best experience! As a horse owner, I have ended up in the ER a couple of times but this was my first time going to West Creek. I was admitted quickly, the doctor came in the room before the nurse even had a chance to finish taking a history, and every staff member I encountered was pleasant. I hope to not need an ER visit ever again, but if I do, West Creek is my new go-to!
I went to West Creek Emergency Center yesterday morning after being sick with a nasty cough for almost a month. The staff was so friendly and eager to help. There was no wait time & I was taken back immediately. I would highly recommend West Creek Emergency Center for all your medical emergencies.
