WARNING: Never go to West Creek Emergency Center! Worst facility I have ever seen from the front desk to the survey nurse, to the compassionless Dr.! Husband had a bad fall, split his head open & tore his elbow skin in several places. Needed stitches in his head. Dr. stabled it without removing any hair, & NO numbing prior to shooting staples into his head! He almost passed out with the pain. Dr. said that's normal protocol. Worst experience we’ve EVER had with medical professionals. My husband has ongoing health issues so we’ve seen A LOT of doctors. The nurse left the room mid sentence, never checked on her patient for 2 hours, and told us we should not have come during shift change over. Seriously? Left with ZERO help but of course they still took my money! Never again. Stay far, far away.

By far this is the best ER. The nurses, doctor and staff here are excellent. Thank you for your attention to detail and the short amount of time it takes to get help fast. This is very convenient to the Short Pump/ Manakin Sabot/Tuckahoe areas. Entrance is off of 288 and West Creek Parkway.
