Don't move here Roaches are in the cabinet. Bed bugs everywhere. Cracks in the wall. No hot water after about 5 mins of showing. You have to jump in and out of the shower. I called and told them about the roaches and the bed bugs and it's been a month and nothing has happened. Cindy is terrible. Now it's under new management and nothing has not changed. ROACH INFESTED!!!!!!!! Please if you are looking to rent LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! Me and my Family wish we did !!! We had seen so many roaches durning the first month CINDY tried to make it seem like it was our fault. Until the neighbors next to us moved she told us That they found a ROACH NEST in the home and it’s causing them to come to ours !!! THEY ARE MOVING PEOPLE IN WITHOUT TREATING THESE HOMES FOR ROACHES !!!! My family is so glad to be moving out of this NASTY PLACE !!! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY !!!! it’s GROSS !!!!!!!!!!
YES! My husband and I just renewed our lease! Mrs. Cindy is awesome and I have never had an issue with maintenance. The neighbors are great.

Cheap rent and awesome deals West County townhomes are very affordable and spacious however, maintenance are in no hurry of your issues even if it is an emergency. My kitchen sink has been backed up terribly and smelling for about a week hindering me from cooking, cleaning and keeping guest etc. cheaply put together apartment. Plumbing is HORRIFIC. Front office doesn't communicate thoroughly with the renters concerning the apartment. They do not like to replace the outdated and over used appliances, which can not handle more... read more

I apologize, for your frustration. Our technicians are very responsive, to the needs of the residents, regarding work-orders. However, If a contractor is contacted for repair, we are on their schedule. As for the rental office, the community manager has an ear to listen to the needs of the residents. Please call her to voice your concerns.
Meets our needs but... This townhouse gives you everything you would need. Money paying gas and electric, water is included which is great! Rent for a 2br was under 800 for me which is hard to come across in Hampton. I have a living and dining room w/ 1.5 bath. Plenty of space for 3 people. It's near the interstate, takes me about 10-17min to get to work. School maybe 15-20 min. But, now the cons. Appliances need to be updated. Needs better maintenance. I apologize for your dissatisfaction. We want all our residents to be happy and enjoy their home! West County Townhouses has a great price and location. As for other communities, each owner has his/her guidelines. At West County, residents pay gas and electric. At another sister-property residents pay electric, water and sanitation. We try very hard to be honest and pleasant, at all times! As for work-orders, we try to complete all work-orders within 24 hours, unless we are in need of a contractor.
