Great techs and great service. Loved the music as well. Diagnosed and fixed our AC system within a few hours.
The customer service was amazing. Jose was very friendly and helpful. He did his best to give me a ballpark quote. That was above and beyond making sure I was not taken by surprise by the cost. The service on the vehicle was quick and efficient. My car was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend this place if you need any tires or related work done here.
I was visiting my parents when I discovered a large screw in the tire of my parents car on the Fourth of July. I called and was bake to get in right away and they not only took care of the tire they inspected the car and discovered that new brake pads were needed. In less than an hour I had the tire fixed and the brakes replaced for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Jose and the team at West Coast Tires and Auto Center for the excellent service! I wish I lived closer because they would be my go to for auto repairs!
Incompetent employees that can cause serious damage to your vehicles they claim to add a quart extra because my truck ‘needed’ it, turns out they filled out so much my truck started to smell burnt oil after a drive to Sacramento, they charge more than oil changes places but don’t care to check the dip stick. 2020 2500 Cummins, just had my engine resealed too. Don’t go here
Manager Jose, was really helpful and had great customer service!quick oil change and very affordable with the group on i purchased. Been coming here for years and they always do a great job.
