Every time I need anything done with my car I go to Jose and his team first! They are cheaper, faster, and closer than the dealership and the workmanship is just as good! He takes the time to understand my issue with me coming in with noises, or "it feels different.." From miner to major, I trust Jose at west coast auto!!
I had unexpected check engine light come on, on my way home, I live out of town and commute to Bakersfield for work. I took my vehicle to these guys and they were so helpful and honest with me. They let me know about a manufacturer warranty my car was still under so I didn't have to pay a ton of money out of pocket. I totally appreciate that kind of honesty in a repair shop.
Great techs and great service. Loved the music as well. Diagnosed and fixed our AC system within a few hours.
The customer service was amazing. Jose was very friendly and helpful. He did his best to give me a ballpark quote. That was above and beyond making sure I was not taken by surprise by the cost. The service on the vehicle was quick and efficient. My car was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend this place if you need any tires or related work done here.
I was visiting my parents when I discovered a large screw in the tire of my parents car on the Fourth of July. I called and was bake to get in right away and they not only took care of the tire they inspected the car and discovered that new brake pads were needed. In less than an hour I had the tire fixed and the brakes replaced for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Jose and the team at West Coast Tires and Auto Center for the excellent service! I wish I lived closer because they would be my go to for auto repairs!
