I had a great experience with West Coast Tires. I went in for an oil change before I drove to LA. The technician showed me that my tires were at the verge of having the wires showing. I normally don’t trust just any mechanic but they showed me physically what was wrong and thoroughly explained it to me. They gave me a very fair price and Jose the manager was beyond helpful and kind when it came to helping me. I made it back safely and I’m so grateful for them.
We came in to get a warranty job on the rear brakes on a Nissan maxima… they replace the rotors and brake pads without a problem.. they had just replace the front pads and rotors last month with warranty also so they cover the cost since we had already paid cost for the front pads and rotors… I would recommend them to anyone very helpful and understanding… Jose was a man of his word with warranty my old parts to new parts thank you guys
