Ordered an Italian sandwich. The mozzarella cheese was bad. Tasted like blue cheese
100% guy at the register needs to be switched out. I wasn’t greeted at all he didn’t even speak just stood there with his mouth open waiting for me to say my order. Not coming back. Don’t bother emailing them like they ask you to as they don’t respond.
There is one employee I am assuming is the manager since she is always there. She has a terrible attitude and even treats her own staff terrible. She has made multiple comments to her employees in front of patrons that blows me away how she is even still there. The food has been great every visit and all other employees are courteous and polite. I have even made a comment to an employee they were doing great and don't mind her and got a hilarious eye roll lol
We recently had a work meeting and decided to place a group order from your establishment. Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was very disappointing. The first person we spoke to over the phone was noticeably rude while taking the order. Some of the sandwiches required side selections, and when we needed clarification, the tone we received was unprofessional and unhelpful.
