We stopped in today to get our unit going and had a wonderful experience! They were so informative and helpful every step of the way helping us choose what would be best for our belongings. Happy to have found a nice clean and safe place for our things!
Abigail was amazing, start to finish, move-in to move-out!! She was incredibly informative and helpful. I felt good about my belongings being stored at her facility, and never worried about whether they were in danger or if I was in danger in any of my visits to load or unload any of my things. Employee’s were super friendly and very helpful. We had to quickly rent a storage unit and they helped us get everything settled and walked us through everything. Units are very clean. Highly recommend.
Genuinely if I could give this place no stars I would. They do not ever tell you when they are upping the rent. I went from paying $293 in 05/2025 to paying $358 09/2025 to paying $420 06/2026. That’s absolutely insane. Yall are straight up robbing the community at this point. I have a 10x25 but that does not mean I shouldn’t be notified when there’s another up in price. I can barely afford it to begin with so seeing that when I went to pay it made me realize I’m going to have to start looking into other places soon. And yes... read more
