Employee’s were super friendly and very helpful. We had to quickly rent a storage unit and they helped us get everything settled and walked us through everything. Units are very clean. Highly recommend.
Genuinely if I could give this place no stars I would. They do not ever tell you when they are upping the rent. I went from paying $293 in 05/2025 to paying $358 09/2025 to paying $420 06/2026. That’s absolutely insane. Yall are straight up robbing the community at this point. I have a 10x25 but that does not mean I shouldn’t be notified when there’s another up in price. I can barely afford it to begin with so seeing that when I went to pay it made me realize I’m going to have to start looking into other places soon. And yes... read more
WARNING!! Any other storage facility will be better than this one. Illegal lockouts, random fees, increases, make you buy a useless lock for $30 and charge you $100 if you lose the keys to a lock you own. Response: don’t believe the responses from management. They’re lying and pretending they don’t know what the negative reviews are referring to. Don’t get gaslit or taken advantage of. Go to a better storage facility. There’s plenty of better ones
