Had my own renters insurance and they auto enrolled me for theirs before the deadline for submitting docs. Got my insurance docs in before the deadline and still got charged their insurance the first month. After a few months at the non introductory rate they raised the price 40% so I gave over 30 days notice for cancellation and am now getting an email about an auto payment even though they confirmed the cancellation.

Super easy to work with, very reasonable pricing and a great facility overall. Blu Evans was incredibly helpful in the whole process. I will definitely recommend this place to friends looking for storage in the future!
Located a quick 10 minute drive from UW, was an easy process to get my Husky’s stuff stored. Price was reasonable for the size of the unit we needed. And Blu, the manager, is professional and friendly. Thank you!!
After new ownership bought this place in September, they have: 1. Raised my rent 3 times in 7 months 2. Reduced access hours to the storage units every day of the week 3. Silently changed peoples' leases so everyone is required to give 30 days notice IN WRITING to exit a unit. Find another place to rent. Even if this place is close, it's not worth it. I miss the old management. They were great. Run away, don't walk.
