Got here at 1030am to get a unit. Door was locked. The guy inside would not open the door. I guess walk ups are not an option.
Aletta was very accommodating and made the process of renting my storage unit easy and affordable. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. I had a great experience and would highly recommend West Coast Self-Storage to anyone looking for quality storage at a reasonable price.
Very very secure and always clean. We had one incident two years ago a pipe burst and got water in our unit. They were super fast to let us know. We didn't have to file a claim thankfully. They also got us a similar sized unit very quickly. Prices are also reasonable.
I took my daughter there to rent a space and Aleta took really good care of us and made our move from Gresham Public Storage easy and fast. I feel confident and at ease having moved there. Thank you.
