Jim has the best customer service, helpful, knowledgeable, great to work with. Very clean Facility.
Pretty chill experience. I really like the security logic used at this facility. It exercises the golden no-one-is-trusted security rule without impeding tenant ease of access to much. This facility specifically requires you have a "cylinder lock", so be prepared to spend $25 if you have not purchased one elsewhere. There is also some conflicting language between the rental agreement and insurance agreement.
Josh was so helpful with me and is still the only person I hope to see when I go there. Amazing person to get when you go in!!

Management (Jim) is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Prices are beyond fair for what you get from the services that this business offers. The entire facility is extremely secure, as well as very clean! Everything I own is inside here, and I don't have a single worry about the safety of my belongings whatsoever! Moving sucks! But West Coast Self-Storage in Beaverton takes care of some of the hard parts while I have been getting re-established. Thanks Jim! 10 stars!!
