Great to work with!
We recently purchased a home built in 1974 and the original concrete/ composite roof needed to be replaced. We received quotes from a half-dozen big-name roofing companies, and ultimately chose a metal roof from West Coast Roofing & Construction. Awesome experience, finished my roof before expected and great customer service
West Coast Roofing installed our new and expensive roof in 2005. I was willing to pay a high cost for quality and the 20 year guarantee. During the winter storms of 2016-17, our roof leaked. I reported this to West Coast roofing via phone calls and emails. West Coast Roofing has NEVER once returned my phone calls nor answered my numerous emails. I will now NEVER recommend this company to business associates and friends. I am shocked by this absence of professional behavior and not honoring their commitment to a customer.
