Not about the quality of work, as we never made it that far. No one answering the phone at the West Coast Roofing office. Instead, a pre-screening answering service eventually led to Jay, who was out in the field. After speaking with him about my project, Jay said to leave a text msg and he would get back to me for an appointment. Waited all day but no one replied until I reached out again. We had West Coast Roofing and Painting replaced our roof. They did an outstanding job and we are very pleased. We scheduled the job and they were at our house on time. They stripped off the old roof, replaced some water damaged wood and also repaired a faulty furnace vent line for us. All new flashings were installed and it took them a smidge over 2 days including all the cleanup. They were very friendly and their communication was very much appreciated. We had an excellent experience with West Coast Roofing and painting. From the beginning they were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I first met with Josue Sanchez, and he was patient and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. These guys were awesome to work with! We needed part of our roof fixed due to a leaking skylight and other damage. When additional repairs were needed, they notified me right away so I could approve the change order. No surprises on the final bill. I’ll definitely call them when I’m ready to replace the remaining roof.
