They did a great job repairing my tile roof, the estimate was fair and appointment was within a week. I had some rake tiles (end pieces) that crashed to the ground, the only reason I gave a 4* was because they were not able to find the same tiles for replacement, so those are different. I didn't realize it was such a problem in Tucson, with these tiles roofs... since the companies went out of business awhile ago, I guess ??

Anthony was friendly and very personable when giving estimate. Andy was very conscientious when communicating scheduling with me. I was impressed when attempting to text him to see he had worked on the roofing job we did 4 years ago with West Coast Roofing. Team was thorough with cleaning up after themselves and best of all, they listened to what I wanted.

Good experience from start to finish. We were having continued problems with water intrusion from around flat roof scupper areas. Anthony from WCR came out assessed the problem and suggested we also coat the 10 yr old flat roof as well as replace the scupper system. Gave us an estimate that we could live with and away we went! Job was delayed a couple of times due to equipment issues but Andy kept us appraised and kept in touch. Roofers on the job knew what they were doing and completed the job(s) apparently well.
