I was referred to WCR by a friend and I contacted them to inspect my roof, which had not had any maintenance in at least 10 years. Anthony cleared explained the options to me and broke down the price differences. Once I selected the resurfacing option that worked for me, the work was scheduled and completed quickly. Anthony took the time to explain all the options, and gave me information that helped me research the project before it started. In addition to the inspection pictures, they sent me pictures during the process and at the end so I have before and after pictures. The process was easy, the quote was more than other estimates but the product warranty is five times as long as what the other four companies who inspected my roof, were offering. Easy choice.
Highly recommend this company. I checked the BBB and they have highest rating. In good standing with ROC. I needed underlayment under tiled area replaced and had drainage issue on another portion of my townhouse roof. Their bid was lower than the other two bids I had. The employees were neat,polite, and willing to talk when I asked questions. A supervisor came by to check on work. And 2 days later a quality control person came by to check work and verify i satisfied. Lynn
