In June, 2023 the Eden Roc Gardens #1 HOA had two of six buildings re-roofed by West Coast Roofing for a total exceeding $70,000.00 For the last two years, there have been roof leaks, specifically in one second-floor unit's primary bedroom. The unit owner is elderly and after having dealt with the company coming out over four times to try to repair the leaking roof, she has been left without a solution and understandably, doesn't want to deal with the roofers by herself anymore without HOA involvement. As a teenager I did roofing and frankly it wasn’t fun being in the desert heat and hardly anyone cared. West Coast Roofing was 100% committed to perfection. Yeah I was up there with the guys who did the job. They wanted it done right and they did! Hips, valleys, flashing, daily cleanups, and kept me informed. Anthony Bryson was awesome with ensuring all the details were correct. Thanks WCR for a fantastic job!
Avoid this company. Their quality of work is horrendous. Had to fight them for months to come back and "fix" the mess they left and it's still terrible. See photos for what I'm left to deal with after they "completed" the entire new roof. Still trying to get them to resolve these issues and I'll happily remove this post if they fix them. Issues include poor or incomplete fasica repair, tar flung inside the house on to walls and floors, nails through the ceiling, gutters left clogged, ugly caulking.
So lame. Called and left a message with an answering service, it was clunky. Then got a call from Michael who went on and on about how easy the quote was going to be because they have this new technology and blah blah. Ok, come give me one of those easy quotes. He arrived and rather than sell me on what a good job they would do to fix my roof, the guy started up again about how easy the quote is going to be because of this new technology and went thru the whole spiel again.
