If you call them to get pricing for an MRI (to see if you want your doctor to send the referral to them or another, less expensive radiology company), you will get passed around in circles until eventually being told they will not do so without first getting the doctor to send them the referral (committing you to them) and then scheduling your appointment. Doesn’t exist. Memorial care now that does NOT take walk-ins for X-rays. Please do not waste your time.
No location answers phone calls. You are supposed to just walk in for x-rays. Went location on the doctor’s order and was told that their name was changed, they take only patients with a different insurance, and their x-ray tech did not come in. No x-rays today and go to another location anyway. Had to drive to another town in hopes that they were open, their tech showed up for work, and they would accept my insurance.
