This company has serviced my elevator for 3 years and was always great. My wife got stuck in the elevator as it failed to go down. The man called back and said he knew what what wrong and the parts were coming in a few weeks and that I should call back. I called as instructed and the lady who answered the phone said she had no notes and that I needed to call the company that installed it. Joel, the owner took the time to walk us through how to reset the elevator when all of a sudden it didn't work he was very kind and patient walking us through what to do over the phone. We will definitely be utilizing his service for annual check up
