Summary of a long story: nobody answers the phone --> 2 weeks to get one appointment --> other 2 weeks to “Review my data” --> Dr. Lisa Underwood visits me but she is NOT able to perform the Colposcopy I needed --> they sent me a bill of $150.45 for a procedure that they were NOT able to do --> they charged my insurance for an insane $835.
