WestCoast OBGYN is incompetent and unprofessional. You wasted 9 weeks of my wife’s pregnancy as a transfer and is left without Prenatal care. Now nobody will take her since she is so close to her due date. She has done everything by the book in terms of what is needed to transfer. The front desk receptionist is the problem. You have a responsibility to not waste time. Thankfully my wife is healthy and has no complications. Imagine if there was complications that were present while you wasted our time. I’ve had a few health complications come up during my pregnancy and west coast OB has made me feel so taken of. They really make me feel like I matter and my baby is well watched. I especially want to shout out Brenda one of the medical assistants at the San Diego office who went above and beyond to make sure I could get my medication when insurance was denying it. She made sure the prior authorization went through even though it was the end of the day on a Friday and she followed up and was able to ensure I got my medicatio... read more

Had a great experience here. I saw Dr. Donnelly and she made the whole experience very comfortable. The entire appointment I felt like she really cared and was happy to answer all the questions I had. I feel like gyn appointments can feel very dismissive at times, but Dr Donnelly took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. Super informative and nice as well.

I cannot recommend West Coast OBGYN enough. While it’s fair to say that front desk experiences aren't always great, what matters here is the quality of medical care and that is excellent. Without providing too much detail, I went through a very difficult and emotional medical situation and throughout it I felt safe, supported, and confident in the expertise of my doctors.
