I'd like to know if they are members of the Better Business Bureau because I am thinking about reporting them for unethical practices. Within a 3 week span my heater has gone on and off for some sensor reason, a "person" comes out and says yea it's not working, I'll put in a ticket. When the " technician " finally shows up he fixes it by finding a loose wire. Everything is fine for a week then it goes out again. When I try to get some resolve I get the run around. I did use thus company turns out they charged me $5600for work they never did don't get me wrong they did do some work just not what they billed us for.They have been very rude and so unprofessional I'm going to take them to court.
Had this company come to my mobile home for an estimate on flooring, fencing, roofing and to install a dog door. Spent two hours with a salesman named Dave after doing all measurements he could not give me an estimate he told me he would get back to me the next day. Here we are two weeks later and three phone calls later. Still have not received and estimate. Must be nice to blow out a possible ten thousand dollar job. To anybody thinking of using this company i would give it a second thought not very reliable.
