Nick had a clear voice (important as I'm hard of hearing), excellent communication explaining everything and making sure he answered any questions, explaining everything he was doing. Very transparent about the issue and what needed to be fixed, things I should be aware of and service options, both this visit and upcoming. Same day service on a Saturday.
West Coast came out to inspect my water heater and they were able to diagnose it right away. I’m still waiting on the part from Rheem but I was very happy with the quick response from West Coast.
The team at West Coast Heating and Air are very professional, on time, and always easy to work with. They always have competitive prices and the work is always very well done. They did a full HVAC removal and install in 3 days! Our house feels so much more efficient now. They walked us through the entire process and answered everything question we had. Once the work was done they stuck around and made sure EVERYTHING was cleaned up and put back in order. Will use them again and I suggest you do too.
