We contacted West Coast in regards to repair on our home water heater. The technician that came over was Chary Ong. We explained the issue and our attempts to fix it, which were unsuccessful. We laughed that he did the exact same thing we did and it restarted. Great attitude and friendly.

Liyon showed up on time to do a routine inspection of the system west coast installed a year back. He inspected all the key instruments and explained to me what is functioning well and what need to be looked at. Was done in 15 minutes. What can I say? Excellent installation and follow up service. Highly recommended. Update: I have been continuing to use West Coast for regular inspection and maintenance.
