July 8th, 25, we had an air conditioner tune up. ****** was our technician and did a great job. We had West Coast Heating replace our heating and air conditioning units in February of 25. While we were very satisfied with both units we felt that we needed some adjustment to the baffles to some rooms, wanting more heat/air or less in some areas. ****** was more than happy to do this and we were greatly pleased with the results. We just had a ********** mini split A/C unit installed in our house. The whole West Coast team was great to work with. Our home had issues with our solar array not transmitting data, and found out our solar hub had been disconnected for several years. Our technician ****** *. was kind and professional and got our system reset with ease. He was great and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install/maintain their solar panel systems.
They are very knowledgeable and courteous. The install of our heat pump was completed when promised and works great. We had a concern and they were able to come out in a few days and make a few adjustments to our nest and heat flow. All good now.
We had solar panels and later an electric heat pump installed by West Coast. For each job, they were efficient and thorough in the work they did. They are a reliable and trustworthy company and we can recommend them highly to others.
