I have only had great experiences with this West Coast. I am subscribed to the West Coast Club and was serviced by *********. ********* is expectional. He took pictures of each of the test measurments he took as well as the ideal specification on the equipement to show me what was doing well and what might need improvement. I really trust this company! I have been using them for years now and have always received excellent service and pricing from them. Their technician (******) recently came to my house to service my AC unit that was acting strange. He showed up on time (as they always do) and spent a lot of time testing and checking everything associated with my AC. Tech came and determined that the capacitor went bad on my AC. Wanted to charge more than $300 to replace it. I found out I could DIY in 10 minutes with a $16 new one I got off of Amazon. Works great now. Giving 2 stars for coming out to diagnose, but withheld that I could have done this myself. Thank you for sharing your feedback. July 8th, 25, we had an air conditioner tune up. ****** was our technician and did a great job. We had West Coast Heating replace our heating and air conditioning units in February of 25. While we were very satisfied with both units we felt that we needed some adjustment to the baffles to some rooms, wanting more heat/air or less in some areas. ****** was more than happy to do this and we were greatly pleased with the results.
