I agree 100%. We are having problems with the generator they installed in Sept 2021. They are horrible to work with. Constant excuses. Our generator is still under warranty and broken with a major error code since Jan 31. They are in no hurry to fix it.
Business response:
We ordered the part immediately, as you know - because we kept you informed (emails & 2 technicians). It just has not arrived as of yet - that is truly out of our control. We have not been in business & raised 5 kids in this area for over 20 years by accident. Although I can appreciate your frustration & impatience, this is unfair.
West Coast Generators creates problems whereas others need to come in and fix.. They are mostly non responsive and do not complete what is neccessary of them. Kimberly is arrogant and has excuses for everything. I would not reccommend them to my worst enemy
