John and his son were fantastic! They were very friendly/polite, knowledgeable (they explained all my options, and their recommendations in detail) and everything they did has been working well. Their verbal quote matched the actual costs.
Jason, was great. Fixed my garage door in an hour, came to my house the next day I called. I have his business card, will not need to call anyone else. If you need your garage door fixed this is the place to call!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience with this business, especially as there was so many good reviews. From reviews, it sounded as if they were polite, and showed up on time -this was not the case for me. I was called at 7am by Jason to move up the appointment by a day (from Sunday 11am to Saturday 11am) which I readily agreed. However, at the appointed time, I waited for nearly an hour before I realized I was stood up and called him. Jason contacted me immediately and explained what could be going on with my garage opener. Found out it was the opener at all, it was the springs. He was in constant contact throughout the process, professional, explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly. Would recommend West Coast Garage Door for any garage door repair.
