Came out the same day and resolved the problem.
Jason called me within minutes after posting on Angie's List on Saturday morning. He arrived in less than an hour to replace broken torsion springs. He also advised me on how to lubricate the springs, tracks and hinges, as well as how to adjust the garage door opener in case the door didn't open or close all the way due to the difference in new springs compared to the old. He was courteus, efficient and knows his trade.
Jason was very nice and explained the entire process. He had no problem with me observing his work. He gave me a 4 year warranty on parts and labor. Jason even arrived early from the scheduled time. Would recommend him to people looking for honest work.
Jason had excellent customer service and he was very personable Jason is an expert in his field and very knowledgeable about all aspects of garage doors. He was also very helpful and showing us how we can maintain our garage door to extend its life. Don't waste you time with all the other companys, call Jason first.
