GO ELSEWHERE! Kelly’s prices were the highest of four overall estimates, but I was promised a quality install on a challenging floor. After signing contracts for tile and wood, she came back to me and increased both contracts by an overall of $12,000. It was a pleasure working with West Coast Flooring Center. It's a full family affair! We were greeted warmly by Kelley's niece when we first visited the store in Solana Beach and received a plethora of information about the different flooring options. I'm very happy with my experience with west coast flooring. Service from Kelley and Shane was excellent. They were able to track down a carpet model for me that they did not initially have a sample for. The installers were quick, hard working and did a very good job. And I am very happy with the carpet I was able to get. Overall excellent experience, highly recommend!
