Organized chaos turns into beautiful flooring. I purchased both carpet and LVT flooring with installation from West Coast. A special shout out to Jana and Shane in the front office and Erick and his crew who managed the difficult LVT wood installation. The significant leveling work needed, the intricate cuts around my stone fireplace, the detailed work on the baseboards, and the cleanliness with which the crew left the job makes me extremely glad I went to West Coast flooring.

Outstanding work from beginning to end. John Wood, «Woody», the project manager, was organized, clear in his explanations, honest, and coordinated the project with efficiency. His communication skills gave us confidence and trust. He kept us abreast of the progress throughout.
