Beautiful flooring. Don't use Shane. He did not take any ownership of our project and did not solve problems which a flooring company should be expert in, like doors that don't close when the new flooring is too high because they just put the new flooring on top of the old flooring.

Organized chaos turns into beautiful flooring. I purchased both carpet and LVT flooring with installation from West Coast. A special shout out to Jana and Shane in the front office and Erick and his crew who managed the difficult LVT wood installation. The significant leveling work needed, the intricate cuts around my stone fireplace, the detailed work on the baseboards, and the cleanliness with which the crew left the job makes me extremely glad I went to West Coast flooring.

Outstanding work from beginning to end. John Wood, «Woody», the project manager, was organized, clear in his explanations, honest, and coordinated the project with efficiency. His communication skills gave us confidence and trust. He kept us abreast of the progress throughout. I am in love with my new luxury vinyl floors that West Coast Flooring did for me! Kelley, the owner, is incredibly helpful, not pushy, super cool person, and takes her time to explain and educate. Her team did such a meticulous job that I had zero to point out when they were done. They finished sooner than what they originally estimated. Absolute 100% satisfaction!
