I did my visit with Dr. Martinez. I love this place. I have gone to different dental places and they don’t finish it. This place is so wonderful They do everything they can to help us get what we need done they’re kind there. they do amazing work. I am so happy I found them. I would recommend anybody that needs work done. They should be going here.
If you’re considering coming here, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Every time I’ve had an appointment, the wait has been extremely long. Even with a scheduled time, I end up waiting at least an hour before being seen. This wasn’t a one-time issue—it’s been a repeated problem. This office is extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable. I took time off work twice to come here. The first time, after doing X-rays, they suddenly told me the doctor “couldn’t see me today” and sent me home The second time, after I took more time off to come back, they refused to treat me just because I was a few minutes late — even though nowhere in their calls or texts do they mention any strict late policy. My experience with Dr. Alejandro Martinez and his team was truly outstanding from start to finish. I came in with excruciating pain, and Dr. Martinez addressed my concerns with remarkable skill, precision, and attentiveness. His genuine care and professionalism immediately put me at ease.
