I’ve been coming here around a month and honestly the reviews are pretty accurate on a 50/50 chance that you get a good experience or a bad one. Previously I had been told to wait for almost 2 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment. But they tend to do a great job at times but they really need to get there scheduled situation in check and know how many people they can really handle or take in at a scheduled time instead of making it such a long process. Brought my girls in here and I have to say I love the way they make you feel like family. I understand there’s always going to be a wait time but they kept me informed and my daughters felt comfortable so that’s what matters the most to me. Would recommend the rest of my family and friends here!
I am beyond grateful for West Coast Dental on Highland in Fontana. My 10-year-old son had been dealing with significant tooth pain for weeks after having dental work done at another established pediatric dental office. I took him back to that office more than once because he continued complaining about pain. Each time, I expressed that something did not seem right.
