I can't understand all the bad reviews. Everyone here is so nice. They offered me water or coffee while waiting for my daughter to get done with her appt. They called her into the back fast. They were all nice to her. They're better than Western Dental
Zero stars if I could. I went to this dentist for the first time, and they immediately told me I needed a $1,300 crown. I explained that I have insurance, but they claimed my insurance doesn’t cover crowns. After leaving, I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that while they don’t cover that specific type of crown, they do cover other types. First time coming here and will definitely be coming back. Everyone is so nice and welcoming here and they explain everything very thoroughly from treatment options to pricing. They are also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling which is perfect for me since my job schedule is all over the place .
Came to the office to see the specialist for my son with Dr Wynn. When I entered the lobby, I was gracefully greeted by the front desk staff. All the staff I met, including Wendy (the manager) and Jennifer and Sarai (the assistants) were courteous and friendly. The office is very clean. Lobby and rooms are spacious and not cluttered. This is a new office and they have up to date equipment. Defiantly coming back!
Haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years, scheduled a first time visit. Dr Martinez explained my treatment in detail. Had my cleaning done Wendy was very helpful explaining what my insurance covered. Glad I and happy with the services. Will come back every 6 months.
