Hurry up and wait defines my experience. I spent almost 90 minutes at the office but the cleaning was about 10 minutes. I’ve had cleanings before and if the individual cleaning my teeth takes her time it is less painful and methodical. Yesterday’s cleaning felt like the dentist was rushing to scrub my teeth as hard and fast as possible.

i started my invisalign process with them in november 2024, it is now almost march and i still haven't gotten my first plates, or any installation. i've come into the office the last 3 occasions after a 12hr overnight shift just for them to send me away saying the plates weren't there. i've been charged full , and now im wanting a refund or compensation for this. they've been wasting my time and it's depressing and disappointing. the one star is for the staff being nice, but there's something wrong with the flow of this plac... read more

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front office staff, especially Roberta, was incredibly kind and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The entire team was professional, attentive, and took the time to address all my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
