I want to be very honest with all the viewers. Before coming into the dentistry, I was scared and concerned reading all those reviews. However, I felt that the workers were fairly kind and polite, even though they might not have the timely response due to how busy they are. When I needed to refill, the lady immediately talked to the doctor to prescribe me some more antibiotics as soon as I hang up the phone. DO NOT COME HERE!! I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM, yet I received three different text messages changing my appointment time to 4:00, 4:30, and back to 5:00. I called the office twice to confirm and ask why the time kept changing. The response was, “I don’t know, but I’ll change it back to 5:00 PM.” I was also told that if I didn’t arrive before 5:00, I would not be seen. Staff is never on time. I scheduled an emergency appoitment for a crown that had fell off and when I got to my appointment they told me they were still waiting on the dentist to show up. I waited until 40 after my appointment time for the doctor to finally to show up only to be told I’d have to get a new crown made which I honestly didn’t want to do with them because I always feel like so much of my time is wasted waiting whenever I have an appointment with them

Had an amazing experience in this office. The front desk was very professional and answered all my questions regarding insurance. I experienced no wait time what so ever. I was called in for X-rays which went very smoothly and then I saw Dr. Victor . He explained all the findings thoroughly and listened carefully to all my symptoms. He then went ahead and did my cleaning which absolutely painless. I will definitely be back to continue my treatments.
