This office has some of the worse customer service and medical care I have ever experienced. They are hostile, abrasive and problematic. I was physically hurt during a routine procedure when advocating for my health and expressing my concerns they proceeded to make retaliation tactics against me. Causing me further undue stress, frustration and suffering unnecessarily. I have been here a few times. I was kicked out after my appointment because they were going to lunch. I was the only person there and me waiting for my ride after the appointment was a problem for them. They threatened to call the police on me. I told them I was waiting for my ride and didn’t want to be outside because that neighborhood is sketchy and it was super hot. staff is great i could smile again thank you again
They did a very poor job on two of my root canals . After two weeks I told the doctor that it hurt when I touched my teeth and he said, "Then Don't touch it " They didn't take responsibility. They told me I had to go somewhere else to get a 3D photo taken and that it would cost me about $400. I never went back. Bad service
This place is great fast service .Annette is very friendly.
