Very disappointed with the wait times at this dental office. The first time I brought my mom in for a denture adjustment, we waited nearly 3 hours and eventually had to leave without being seen. I rescheduled, hoping it would be better, but unfortunately the wait is just as long this time. What makes it even more frustrating is that there are no updates or communication from the staff about the delay. We understand offices can get busy, but patients’ time should also be respected. The first time experience is bad, I have to wait for more than 1 hour and 40 minutes to get call-in for teeth X-ray, and another 40 hour to wait for dr to have a clear check on my teeth. Appointment is set at 2 PM, I arrived at 1:45 PM, and I have to go at 4:05 PM because I have a meeting to catch while I have already waited 20 minutes for the office manager to give me all the details about my treatments and all the costs. WORST PLACE EVER! EXTREMELY LOOOONG WAIT TIME! I called a week ago and made a new-patient appointment for 9:00 this morning. After checking in and filling out all the paperwork, it was around 9:15. Then I waited in the front lobby for a long time, while two people who came after me were called in first. Finally, they took me inside, did my X-rays, and told me to wait for the doctor.
