Every single appointment I come to, I have to wait minimum 1 hour to 1.5 hours just to get called in. Why do they book so many clients if they can’t keep up? The staff in the front needs retraining on how many people per hour should be booked. Even the dentist say why do they book so many people that we can’t handle. I have given them so many chances. This will be my last time at this dentist office. HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE EVER
Hands down worst dentist experience of my life. They book 3 people per hour so the dentist hops between 3 people. Apt was at 8am, dentist walked in at 8:27am. Then he had his aids walk me back and take xrays 3 times in a row because they were new. By the time the actually dentist saw me it was 9:15am. He then struggles to get my crown to fit for an hour all while hopping back and forth between 2 other patients and says he has to send it back and to come again in 2 weeks. 11am i walked out of there with the same status i came... read more
“I do not recommend it to anyone. It’s the worst clinic I have ever seen. The wait was long; my appointment was at 11:00, and my name was rarely called until 12:35. After the waiting room, I waited another hour and a half. (Bring your food and pillows😡😡😡🥵🥵
