⸻ This is by far the worst dental clinic I have ever visited. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. The waiting time is ridiculous—up to 4 hours—and they schedule 7 to 10 patients at the exact same appointment time. had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and everything was handled efficiently. Nara, the manager, was especially helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Plan on spending the whole day here. It seems the staff struggles scheduling appointments to reflect their office’s capacity. What they do very well is waste everyone’s time. Maybe explaining their own grace period would help, but it seems their incompetence runs deep. Incredibly disrespectful.
