I had a great experience at this office. The Office Manager Selena and Dr. Kasri were both incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my treatment thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and providing quality care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a welcoming and trustworthy dental team!
Dr Pham was my dentist on this visit he was amazing with me and explained what need to be done staff was great
I am very pleased with my results from getting braces with Dr. Trieu. The dental assistant Toni was always super helpful when I came in if one of my brackets broke, she never hesitated to take me in even if they were behind. Toni and Dr. Trieu are always very kind and you can tell they love what they do. I did have a minor billing issue that was resolved by the manager Nara, who I also appreciate for being on top of the billing department to get my problem resolved before my treatment ended. Fui a la clinica de urgencias porque tenia mucho dolor en mis muelas y me dieron cita para el mismo dia, perdi en espera 3hrs para que me sacaran radiografías y me dijeran que tenia que esperar al cirujano mas de 2 semanas, y acudi a la cita para que la persona que me atendio que dijo el cirujano que si no me hacia 2 trabajos de hueso no me hacia el trabajo.
