RecommendedThe work itself was fine. But the regular dentist, Dr Abraham, wasn’t in. Someone else was there and he didn’t even introduce himself. A different hygienist too, who felt compelled to criticize an issue that frankly was exacerbated by a previous dentist. Dr Abraham is wonderful, gentle, explains everything. As long as he is there, I recommend West Coast Dental.
Worst dentistry business ever. Check out all of their many lawsuits. Cleaning, crowns, fillings are covered by insurance but they lie and say it's not covered. Then they quote you a price that is higher than a good dentist in a good area. Check out their Yelp reviews. They are incredibly dishonest. They will tell you your insurance covers a procedure then start the procedure. Once they have started and you're in pain they stop and say your insurance just denied coverage. Worst experience of my life! Went in to get a tooth pulled and dentist couldn't numb my mouth but continued to pull even though I was kicking my feet and crying! Then after I told them three times verbally and marked on my paperwork that I was allergic to Codeine the doctor wrote me an Rx for it anyway! Horrible people, horrible place!!
Rip offs. Charged my insurance for services not rendered.
