Long wait times. I waited 4 hours for a simple cleaning for my daughter. Over booking and scheduling appointments is a hassle. Made an appointment only to be called later and told they gave me a wrong time and date so I couldn’t keep my original appointment.

WCD of Torrance has a clean facility and is well stocked (materials/tools/ electronic devices) to meet patients needs. The office staff is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and I appreciate feeling like family. The office manager...Ms. Marissa, was exceptionally helpful and thorough. Thanks for making my first visit a great one. I'm continuing my dental needs with Dr. Z who is top notch in my book.
