Donald Jackson, Sr and his wife, Sarah Jane Pumphreys Noried Jackson, are scam artists, crooks, and thieves. They took a $10,000 deposit and did very minimal work before “ghosting” us. We should have realized that when they would drive 3-4 hours to the Bay Area to pick up a check and then cash it immediately at a check cashing site, they were bad news and not reputable. I would not recommend this business for anything, he is all blow and no go. Did not show up when he said he would. Left my home halfway done, and has stopped all communication with me.
Thieves. Garbage people. They also do garbage second hand work. Do yourself a favor and hire a buisness that isnt run by meth head, fraud, thieving, lying people.
Like others, we received the same treatment with this company. Although they did mostly complete the project, after a year the work seems to be decent but lacks the details. The underside of our cabinets did not get painted, they half assed some trim on our cabinetry, they left gouges unfixed in our bamboo flooring and the cabinet doors are now starting to fall off because they used 1/2" screws to secure them.
