Booked with them for a very special occasion and made it very clear that it was a special occasion. In the past every single time I book a full body wax I get cancelled… I made it really clear to the company how important this appointment was to me. They canceled due to an emergency but I still feel completely blown off. Really disappointing they didn’t even offer me any discount or offer to re book….
West Coast Botanical Sugaring is awesome and affordable. I tried their teeth whitening before my wedding, it was excellent. If you’re looking for professional sugaring or eco-focused self care, this is the place to go!
Marin is fantastic! She’s very professional, excels at creating a comfortable experience and is also very sweet. Excellent client service! The spa is clean and cozy, and the sugaring experience itself is far better / more tolerable than waxing. So thankful I followed up on the referral I received about WCBSS before I booked the first time :)
Bre is amazing! The gals are great. It's just alot more expensive than it used to be, but isn't everything? Especially every 5 weeks.
Ever since new ownership, this place is back to warm and welcoming. They now do professional teeth whitening, now it's the perfect destination to prepare you before vacation!
