This place is as bad as I can imagine. Buying a car has never been so painful and costly. I bought a car from them, and less than 24 hours after the purchase, the check engine light came on. They cleared it. Then I complained about engine noises, and when I went to their "service," they said everything was fine and that they couldn't hear anything. The sales process went well. But don’t buy the extended warranty. You will be stuck with their service and they are absolutely terrible. Never pick the phone or return your calls.
Misleading advertising. "Lifetime engine & transmission warranty included". Very deceiving from the start.
I want to start out by saying I wish I could leave a 4.5 star review. Other than a misscommunication everyone was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I could definitely feel like they were trying to make everything perfect which I appreciated. I was looking for a vehicle before winter had begun. Bought a car through them, after purchase found lots of damage and a rust spot on the door frame that is fairly noticeable that they failed to point out which was mine, my own miss on purchase. Then found out after buying winter tires that the rims were bent as the shop informed me after installing my new tires. As well as asking several times for help with the car and trying to learn how to use the key fob correctly as it has issues and they failed to help us with that as well.
